i liked how close it was to everything. the host, jeric, gave us good recommendations. the room had a very comfy bed. the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the heat.
the mini fridge didn't work well, but its a minor issue.

The location was perfect. It made visiting the city's attractions simple and easy. I found the provided coffee, tea, and biscuits a lovely touch. The bathroom was clean, and I appreciated the good water pressure in the shower, a detail that stood out. I loved the large TV with its easy access to streaming services.
The walls seemed a bit thin, and I could occasionally hear noises from the hallway.

The minibar did NOT work. It is VERY frustrating when advertised amenities are not functional. I expect better attention to detail. the bathroom REALLY needed repainting, especially considering the price point. The wall was grubby and it detracted from the overall experience.

i noticed the water pressure in the shower was somewhat low.

The guesthouse boasts a convenient location. Key sights including Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps are easily accessible by foot. Public transportation access is very simple. Jeric provided a detailed arrival process. He also granted a complimentary extra hour for checkout, greatly helping us.
The fridge in my room was non-functional. This issue impacted my ability to store drinks and food. Maintenance should address this problem promptly to improve the stay of future guests.
